Strategic Dreams is a unique and innovative program that allows the employee-owners of the company to submit dreams that they would like the company to help grant. The work we do on behalf of our clients is incredibly important and we believe that we should also do good on behalf of our team.
Strategic Dreams allows us to meaningfully give back to our hard-working teams. Each quarter, we grant dreams such as help with engagement rings, all-expense vacations, home remodeling, tuition payment, and many more.
Strategic dreams is in its fourth year and has granted over 170 dreams.
